Inadequate configuration due to inadequate or incorrect instructions by the operator or the client
Non-compliance with these instructions
Improper use
Incorrect storage or transport
Incorrect installation or dismantling
Insufficient maintenance
Unauthorised repairs
Inadequate construction site
Chemical, electrical or electrochemical influences
